The new and improved rock river has moved! Our rock garden has been so popular that we had to create a rock river. You can pick a rock from our rock pile at the painting station and paint a lovely picture on it to add to our river. Then when you come back to visit next time, we encourage you to find the rock in the river. Some of our guests prefer to take their rocks home. We just ask that you please leave a small donation to the farm to pay for the rock if you would like to take it home. New at the farm this year is our cut flower garden beds and our wildflower trails. We have planted 100’s of dahlias, zinnias, wildflowers and more and hope to provide our guests with cut flowers.

Rock River and Cut Flower Garden Beds

When you visit the farm, please remember that we are a working farm, we pride ourselves on maintaining a natural environment for the butterflies. You won’t find perfectly manicured lawns or pristine gardens.

Picnic Plans?

There are several locations throughout the farm to enjoy a snack or a picnic. We do ask that you respect nature and stay in the designated areas and off of the flowers and plants. If you have a large group that would like to enjoy a picnic, we do offer a pavilion rental, check with one of our team members for more information. We offer a picnic area for classes to stay and reflect on what they have learned while at the farm, this gives teachers the opportunity to ask questions and educate their students in an outdoor classroom setting.
