1. General Admission & Event Participation

Dahlonega Butterfly Farm is a public, ticketed agritourism venue offering educational programs, festivals, plant sales, and special events.

All guests agree to:

• Refrain from unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund for failure to follow rules or for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

By entering the property, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Participation in outdoor activities

You agree that Dahlonega Butterfly Farm is not responsible for injuries resulting from ordinary risks inherent to an outdoor farm setting.

3. Photography & Video Release

Photography and video recording may occur during normal operations and special events.

By entering the property or purchasing tickets, you grant Dahlonega Butterfly Farm permission to use photographs and video recordings containing your likeness for promotional, advertising, marketing, website, and social media purposes without compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify a staff member upon arrival so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request.

4. Ticket Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Square.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing, event details, and policies posted at the time of purchase.

5. Refund & Cancellation

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Events operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

If Dahlonega Butterfly Farm cancels an event due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer:

• Event credit

• Rescheduled date

• Refund (at our discretion)

6. Vendor Participation

Vendors applying for participation in festivals or events agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow setup, safety, and operational guidelines

Vendor fees are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
